Optimal balance of lightness, stability and comfort
The cross country rim is made of Toray T800H carbon and features reinforced sidewalls. Hereby, an increased lateral stiffness is achieved and can offer you maximum stability even in very biting driving. Thanks to the low weight of the rim you have less mass to accelerate with these wheels. The Cross Country wheels are built with the NEWMEN Fade MTB straightpull hub: The hub made of 7075 aluminum has been revised with again improved fail-safe and large-diameter Fade freewheel system. The large diameter of the Fade freewheel reduces the forces occurring in the freewheel and the newly designed tooth profile ensures a large-area and thus gentle power transmission. All aerycs wheels are built by hand in the Hamburg area.
