Frequently asked questions

We note with each product how long it takes until the wheels is assembled and can be shipped to you. As a rule, the assembly and delivery time is between 6 and 14 working days. Please note that during peak periods, assembly and delivery may take a little longer. If your desired wheel is not available at the moment or the delivery time is unknown, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
For our Carbon-wheels we recommend the following brake pads: Brake pads for Shimano / SRAM/ Campagnolo (4 pieces), grey .

If you ride a lot in the mountains and brake frequently, we can recommend these brake pads: Ceramic brake pads for Campagnolo (4 pieces), black
With our wheels for rim brakes you get the following with every wheel purchase: milKit tubeless starter pack incl. rim tape, 250 ml milKit sealing milk bottle, compact syringe system, tubeless valves, additional milKit needle for filling the milKit syringe and a valve heart tool; 4 carbon brake pads and an aluminum quick release. Our disc wheels come with milKit tubeless starter pack including rim tape, 250 ml milKit sealing milk bottle, Compact syringe system, tubeless valves, additional milKit needle for filling the milKit syringe and a valve heart tool. The wheels from the outlet come without accessories.
After tubeless mounting, you should ideally do a test ride directly so that the sealing milk is distributed in the movement. Of course, we can't do that with your ordered wheels :) Due to the lack of a test ride, it is possible that the tyre is not yet 100% sealed when it arrives. This can cause some air to escape. This can happen very slowly or a little faster. But it is quite normal. We therefore recommend the following: Pump up the tyres and turn the wheel several times so that the sealing milk is well distributed. The milk may have collected in one place during transport. Ideally, you should now go for a test ride so that the sealant is distributed in action. It can take up to 24 hours for a tyre to be completely sealed.
