Aerodynamically optimised rim
For undulating to mountainous time trials and bike splits
Made in Germany' rim
Individually configurable
After numerous further developments and tests, we are now pleased to be able to produce our Superlight MiG 78 in series. With this addition to the Superlight MiG series, we can offer another disc wheelset that is completely "Made in Germany". With the 78 mm high, aerodynamically optimised rim, the wheelset is perfectly suited for undulating to mountainous triathlon courses and time trials. The low weight ensures agility in technical sections and on the mountain.
Like the other wheels from the series, the Superlight MiG 78 wheels are characterised by selected components and high production quality. The rims are tubeless-ready designed and we recommend tyres with a width of up to 30 mm.

NEWMEN Fade straightpull hub for disc brake
The German-made Newmen Fade Road Disc straightpull hub impresses with a quiet freewheel and improved reliability in the usual Newmen quality. In the revised Fade model, three pawls now work instead of two toothed discs, which ensure a large-area and thus gentle power transmission. The hub also offers more safety thanks to more material at the neuralgic points. The total weight of the hub set for disc brakes is 306g.

The oversized bearings and axles ensure precise riding characteristics and durability of the hub. The front hub bearing is double sealed and the rear bearing is quad sealed. The patented 6-pawl freewheel allows direct power flow and easy maintenance. The total weight of the hub set for rim brakes is 272g.
