This spoke is first butted in the middle section in a cold forging process, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process it is forged flat to optimise the aerodynamic characteristics and at the same time increase the material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced ratio of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability. This spoke fits hubs with standard holes. Weight: 380 g for 64 spokes with a length of 264 mm.

DT Aerolite shines with its lightness and aerodynamics. It is the lightest flat spoke in the DT Swiss range with high stability and at the same time very good aerodynamic characteristics. The centre section, which is butted to a light 1.5 mm in a cold forging process, is forged flat in a further process. This process again increases the strength of the material and creates the flat shape. This spoke fits hubs with standard bores. Weight: 278 g for 64 spokes with a length of 264 mm.

The Sapim Strong is one of the strongest spokes in the Sapim range. It was specially developed for high loads and is therefore particularly suitable for e-bikes.Conified spokes from Sapim offer two decisive advantages: they are lighter and yet stronger. A special cold forging process preserves the linear molecular structure of the material and increases the strength of the thinner middle section by at least 48%.
